Jason wrote this song with an unsaved childhood friend in mind, hoping his friend will one day jump in the living water with wild abandon just like when they jumped in the creek as kids. “Come on in, the water’s fine...”

Today I want to give recognition to all the friends and musicians that helped me make this album what it is. Jason Geml, who is a good friend that I met at Redemption House, inspired me with his guitar riffs and beautiful chords he played. His unique and original sounds opened a box of creativity I didnt know I had. I hadnt sang music in nearly 20 years but the minute he started playing the guitar, a melody would pop into my head and we were able to create songs as if we had being working together for years. We worked together on 6 songs for the album. I also want to thank other musicians from Redemption House…

Given the holiday season, it is easy to get sucked into human traditions and popular culture regarding Christmas. I myself am guilty. The enemy hates Christmas and uses anything he can to keep us from remembering the truth behind why we even celebrate Christmas in the first place.

Redemption House is the name of the gospel-centered addiction residency program in Minnesota where I went and learned about idols of the heart and understood the truth around what was fueling my addictions.
